For the first time. the LB reel features a “Monocoque Body”! This advancement enhances the core performance of LB reels with improved rigidity and waterproofing. The monocoque body delivers silky smooth rotation. increased winding power. enhanced rotational durability. and better waterproofing.

The exterior design is also meticulously crafted. with a shining spool and glittering paint that stands out in sunlight. reflecting the prestige of tournament use. The lineup includes the ‘Kyougi’ model. which boasts the fastest retrieval length in Daiwa LB history with a gear ratio of 7.6 and a retrieval length of 114 cm per handle rotation. evolving the concept of “competition high gear.”

Additionally. the ‘Oomono’ model is designed to handle large fish. with a gear ratio of 6.8 in the monster-compatible model (3000XH-LBD) and a power model with a gear ratio of 5.3 (3000LBD). The spool maintains compatibility with long-standing designs. and the handle knob can be swapped (size S). with SLP Works handles also being compatible. Thanks to the screw-in handle design. handles from 40 mm to 60 mm and double handles can be attached.
