1. Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges.
Conditions for Return:

Items must be in the original, unopened packaging.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used.

If the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped, please provide a photo as proof before initiating the return.
2. Prepaid Return Label
We will send you a prepaid return label.

Affix the return label securely to the package.

Return shipping is via DHL or FedEx.

For unwanted items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is processed:

You will be issued a refund to your original payment method.

You will be automatically notified via email to the email address on your order.
4. Preparing Your Return
To ensure a smooth return process:

Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.

Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton (please cover or remove any original mailing labels and barcodes).

Insert the packing slip inside the package.

Pack and tape your package securely.

Attach the return label and ship via DHL or FedEx.
5. Warranty

If the product is damaged or defective, it is covered under our Returns Policy.

The full purchase price will be refunded following the return instructions above.

Warranty does not apply to products from local manufacturers.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
