Currently, we only ship to the United States and its territories.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days from Japan.
Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 days.  

What courier service do you use?

Fedex international priority, DHL Express, EMS. 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on your order amount.
For orders under $50, shipping is $5.99. For orders over $50, shipping is free.

Will I receive a notification once my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail that includes tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order?

Depending on your order amount and destination country, you may have to pay customs or import charges for your order. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are usually collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. You can pay by cash or check to the driver. In the U.S., the customs duty on fishing tackle is 3.2%. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply to your order.

For orders shipped to the United States, there is a tax exemption threshold called the De Minimis Value.This limit is currently $800, and products below this price are not subject to tariffs. For other countries, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
